STARTALK INSTRUCTIONS |

STARTALK INSTRUCTORS is a professional workshop for teachers who will participate in the STARTALK GOOD WILL program, a summer high school Chinese Language Immersion Program sponsored by the Southern California Council of Chinese Schools (SCCCS).
This workshop is to train teachers to manifest the spirit of responsive, innovative and practical teaching in their classrooms. Teachers should be motivated by and draw energy from their passion for teaching and therefore be able to inspire their students’ love for learning. This workshop will enable these teachers to meet the three C’s: Competency in teaching, Creativity in instructional design and implementation, and Commitment in drawing out students’ unlimited potential so as to eventually inspire their students become life-long learners.
