MISSION STATEMENT |

Our mission is to promote enjoyment of language learning and understanding of different perspectives, cultures, and practices. We intend to nurture our students with virtue, knowledge and the skills to become a good-will ambassador or global leader. Through our program, students will gain a global vision and sensitivity to foreign cultures, in addition to enhanced Chinese language competency, comprehension of Chinese culture, and a lifelong interest in learning Chinese.
Our organization implements this mission through close collaboration between Chinese heritage language schools and school districts to establish top-quality Chinese language programs, such as providing off-campus language courses for high school credit.
In addition, our organization executes this mission through partnering with academic consultants, educational institutions, and well-established organizations (e.g., the College Board, UC or CSU institutions, etc.) to provide Mandarin Chinese teacher training workshops and professional development training for Chinese language program teachers to become qualified teachers in district high schools. |
